Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel any time in Manage billing. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Plans & billing questions
Do I need a plan to use the PDF tools?
No. Every PDF tool is free and runs entirely in your browser without an account. Plans only add optional cloud storage for files you choose to save.
Does my plan work in the mobile app too?
Yes. Your account and plan are shared between totalpdftools.com and the Total PDF Tools app for Android and iOS.
How do I cancel?
Open Cloud storage → Billing → Manage billing to cancel in the Stripe billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Plans bought in the App Store or Google Play are managed there.
What happens to my files if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted automatically. If you're over the new quota, your files stay available to view, download and delete, but new uploads are paused until you're under the limit.
Is my cloud storage private?
Only files you explicitly save are uploaded. They are stored encrypted at rest and you can delete them — or your whole account — at any time.
