About Delete Pages
Scanners love to add blank backs of pages, and exported reports often include cover sheets or appendices nobody needs. Deleting those pages makes a document shorter, easier to read and usually smaller to email.
Selected pages are marked in red so you can double-check before saving. The tool always keeps at least one page, and because a new file is written from the remaining pages, the deleted pages are really gone rather than just hidden.
Tips for best results
- Type ranges like 1, 5-7 to mark many pages without clicking each one.
- Spotted a sideways page while cleaning up? Fix it next with Rotate PDF.
- Your original file is never modified, so you can always start again.
How your file stays on your device
Delete Pages runs entirely inside your web browser. When you choose a file, your browser reads it into memory on your own device, a background Web Worker does the processing, and the result is handed straight back to you as a download. There is no upload step, no server that receives your document and no copy kept anywhere — close the tab and it is gone. That makes it safe for contracts, IDs, medical letters and anything else you would rather not send to a stranger's server. How in-browser processing works
FAQ
Delete Pages: frequently asked questions
Can I undo a deletion?
Your original file is never changed. Just open it again if you change your mind.
Can I delete pages by number?
Yes, type page numbers or ranges such as 1, 4-6 into the box above the thumbnails.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Deleting pages happens entirely inside your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Your files never leave your device, and nothing is stored after you close the tab.
